2024 Rules and Rates for OA Rental Properties, d.b.a. OA Water, LLC.

Rentals must be paid in full online via credit or debit card to guarantee a reservation. Our website redirects to Airbnb for booking, but you can book directly by calling us. Once confirmed, we will email you a Square invoice from OA Water, LLC, DBA OA Rental Properties. Your dates are reserved upon payment, blocking them from Airbnb.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14+ days in advance: Full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
  • Less than 14 days: Refund minus $100 fee if we can re-rent the property.

All bed linens are provided
No smoking in the cabins or by the doorways.
Pets are not allowed.
Wi-Fi, Hulu, and Disney + are available (contingent upon the internet working)

Office Directions: from Van Buren Bridge, traveling West on Highway 60, you will come to Highway M junction just outside Van Buren. Turn Right/North on State Highway M and go approximately 2.0 miles. We are located on the left side of the road. (Look for our green OA Rental Properties/ Vacation Rentals sign on your left; it looks like a little house is on the sign.)
